Refused Reissue of Invoice

I have been trying to get a past Invoice reissued for a couple of days now. The support which in many cases respond like automated messages keep telling me it is not possible even though in the preferences tab the following text is present: “Changes to these preferences will apply to future invoices only. If you need a past invoice reissued, please contact ar@openai.com.”

Has anyone had any success in getting invoices/receipts reissued for organizations?
