The case is, I charged $300 for my API account.
However, after a while, my account was deactivated and I couldn’t have time to even download my invoice and receipt for that charge.
So, I contacted the support team multiple times. The responses were the same:
Sorry sir, we understand your situations, but we cannot help.
They even refused to provide an invoice and receipt for me!!!
After several times of communication with the support team, now I even lose permission to chat with them in the chat box!!!
In that case, what’s the difference between OpenAI and a robber???
I lost my tier 5 API account, and lost $300 without any invoice and receipt.
