Hello, my Org has to redeem $2,500 worth of credits through Microsoft for Startups but we couldn’t do so from our dashboard directly. We were in contact with OpenAI support and we shared everything about our issue including a screen recording. No one ever got back to us. We’re now stuck.
I saw some other threads from folks having similar issues. Can some plz take a look at this?
