Hey , I have not received my $2,500 credit from OpenAI as part of the Microsoft for Startups program. I’ve been waiting since August 1st and have already contacted support but haven’t heard back yet. Could you please assist with this issue?

The developer forum does not have access to accounts or billing information.
Hopefully someone who has already received the credit can chime in here and give some guidence.

It is not unusual for this to take a couple of weeks. End of last year the turnaround was just under 2 weeks and based on some other data points from Forum users the timelines seem to have increased (some reported waiting 4 weeks or longer).
If you have filled out the form and contacted OpenAI support via the chat, sharing details / proof of your Microsoft Founders Hub participation, you should receive the credits eventually.
Also, if you are pressed for free credits, you can in the meantime always benefit from the Azure OpenAI credits which you can instantly redeem on the platform.
I hope it gets resolved soon.
