🚨 "Quota utilisateur dépassé" (User quota exceeded)

Hi everyone,

I’ve been experiencing an issue where I can no longer upload files to ChatGPT. The error message I get is:

I’ve already tried:
:white_check_mark: Checking my OpenAI Usage Dashboard (no clear quota info available)
:white_check_mark: Testing different browsers and devices
:white_check_mark: Trying different file types and smaller file sizes
:white_check_mark: Clearing cache/cookies and disabling extensions
:white_check_mark: Logging out and back in
:white_check_mark: Using a different network (Wi-Fi & mobile data)
:white_check_mark: Waiting 24+ hours in case the quota resets
:white_check_mark: Attempting to contact OpenAI Support (no response, no way to submit a request)
:white_check_mark: Searching the OpenAI Community Forum for similar issues

I’m on a [mention your plan: Free / Plus / Pro / Enterprise] account, and I wasn’t aware of any file upload limits that would block my usage entirely. There’s no way to check my quota, and I can’t reach OpenAI support to clarify the issue.

Is anyone else facing this? Does OpenAI reset these quotas daily or monthly? If anyone has a workaround or knows how to reach OpenAI about this, I’d really appreciate the help.
