I’m a ChatGPT Pro subscriber, and I’ve been experiencing a persistent “User Quota Exceeded” error for over 24 hours, preventing me from uploading any files or images.
I’ve confirmed the following:
My usage has remained within the standard limits (file size, number, and format).
More than 24 hours have passed since the initial error, but my quota has not reset.
Basic troubleshooting steps (clearing cache, incognito mode, switching devices, VPN usage) have been tried and haven’t resolved the issue.
I contacted official support, but their response did not address this specific issue.
Has anyone else experienced this recently?
Could someone from OpenAI look into this issue directly, please?
