I’m a ChatGPT Plus user and for the past 5 + days, I’ve been completely unable to upload any files in either regular chats or Projects. Every attempt results in the following error message:
“User quota exceeded” I have already:
- Contacted support via [[my email]] I GET NO REPLY,
WHICH IS VERY annoying CONSIDERING THEY TOOK MY renewals FROM MY BANK QUICKLY ENOUGH ON THE 28th
I HAVE TRIED ALL recommended trouble shooting, browser change everything i have tried. Can somebody from Tec Support please reset my account???
