Purchased credit balance and was charged, but didn’t receive credits

Hello, I’m sorry if this is not in the correct place, but this is the best I could find. I was charged when adding to my credit balance (showing up on both on my bank statement and billing history) but it did not provide me with the credits. I’ve attempted to use the key thinking maybe it was just a visual glitch, but I was given the error I receive when the credits are empty. I’ve tried refreshing, logging in and logging out, but nothing happens. Anyone have any ideas?

Same here. I’ve purchased twice, only one has added to my actual credit count. The other only shows up in my billing history. Despite that, accessing the API says that I have insufficient quota. I’ve been trying to set this up for the past 3 hours because I’ve been wanting to try Codex, and all I’ve been getting is endless errors and delays. Sigh.

Ok well , 3+ hours later they seem to have taken note of the problems.

Same here, I tried twice - both invoices are marked as paid, but no credits were granted

We have the same issue, and I have to add credit otherwise our systems will stop

Hi! The team is looking into this currently. Is this issue still impacting you, or have the credits shown up on your accounts at this point?

Thank you Beth, I was away for a few hours, and now the credit grants for the two payments are visible

Hi, the issue is still impacting me. My bank account have debited of more than 1k, but no credits added, and when i try to purchase some more credits, it says that my credit card is refused.

@Agooni Is this resolved? For me also same thing happened. Money deducted but i did not see credit balance.

I paid but did not receive a credit. I need a credit or refund immediately. Support is unresponsive.

I paid and was charged but no credit showed up in my account. I don’t have a receipt. I didn’t receive the credit. I need a refund or credit applied immediately.
