Problems with upgrading account from Tier 1 to Tier 2 for API

Hello,
I am qualified to upgrade from Tier 1 to Tier 2, aka made payment many weeks ago, spent more than $50, but I am still tier 1? Messaged customer support couple of times but no reply. Is there more hidden qualification requirment that I don’t know?

Also, I am trying to become tier 3 to get access to 1o model, my project team is working on something that can really benifit from it. I already put in $100 credit in my account, so do I have to spend $100 instead of paying $100 to get to that tier?

An initial payment does not trigger the rate increase, because not enough time has elapsed since the first payment.

A small additional payment after waiting over a week should force the recalculation.

A total paid of over $100 with the newest payment, plus the required time being already elapsed, should give further tier level elevation.

Getting instant or automatic access to o1 models has been problematic for existing and new tier members, though.
