Problem of payment for upgrade

Hi OpenAI billing team,

In ChatGPT “Upgrade Plan” page, it shows AMEX is acceptable but actually it’s not.
I am NOT able to use my AMEX charge card to pay upgrade fee but OK with my Citi credit card.
After payment done, I check payment history. Three payment attempts failed.
Link in the invoice page doesn’t work.
Please help to confirm this matter.

You could try to contact stripe since Open AI uses them as their payment processer.
