I used the same virtual Mastercard from Thailand that I had successfully used for the ChatGPT Plus plan before, but this time it did not work. I have checked with my card issuer and confirmed that my card is valid and has enough funds.
I wonder why this happened and how I can fix it. I really want to use your amazing service, but I am frustrated by this payment issue. Could you please tell me the specific reason for the rejection and offer me a solution?
Alternatively, could you please add more payment options that are easier to use, such as Alipay Plus or something similar? I think it would be helpful if you could look at Steam’s payment options as an example.
