Prepaid Cards GCash for Open AI Credits

I live in the Philippines and we got this Visa and Mastercard prepaid card and Amex Virtual Pay offered by this GCash e-wallet mobile app. I couldn’t processed to buy credits since these cards were always declined.

Just wondering if this prepaid cards are not allowed. I need to purchase a credit for my gpt-4-vision-preview for my project?

I couldn’t find the original autoritative post, but basically it boils down to this:

Will it be possible to pay with Pay Pal at some point?

No. They said as much in another topic asking about this. Requiring a credit card is part of their user identification process under Know Your Customer, so there are no plans to accept other payment types anytime in the future.

They don’t really allow anonymized payment.
