Cannot Upload Files – Support Request Form Also Not Working (Pro Plan)

Hello, I’m a ChatGPT Pro user.

For the past 4+ days, I have been completely unable to upload any files — not even small ones under 1MB. Every time I try, it says I’ve exceeded my quota.

Even worse, I cannot submit a support request because the help.openai.com/hc/en-us/requests/new page will NOT load at all. I’ve tried everything:

:white_check_mark: I’ve already done all the following:

  • Cleared browser cache and cookies
  • Used multiple browsers (Chrome, Safari)
  • Tried incognito/private mode
  • Logged out and back in
  • Switched to a different device
  • Switched to a different network (including mobile hotspot)
  • Even tried another OpenAI account

Still nothing works. And yes — I know you’re going to suggest these steps.
But I’ve done them repeatedly for the past 4 days. Nothing helps.

:stop_sign: As a Pro plan subscriber, not being able to upload files and not even being able to reach support is extremely frustrating.

I’m posting here as a last resort because I literally cannot contact support in any other way.

Please escalate this.
