My plugins view has not been working since last evening. Even the historical chats that have plugins are no longer working.
I get a “something went wrong” error message.

I’m having the exact same situation here. It seems as if there are issues in the help forum as well.
So apparently the plugins are supposed to be moved to another version, I’m guessing GPT4 All Tools according to an earlier chat I found with the same issue.
This article here says Plugins are not included in GPT 4 All Tools for some reason.
Experiencing the same issue. Has anyone discovered a solution? Thanks
