My persona verification failed because my drivers license was expired. However, I am unable to retry with my passport because my session is now expired. I have emailed support about resetting my persona session and after the initial automated response no one has gotten back to me for a week now. I have sent multiple follow up emails with no luck. Is waiting for more than 1 week business as usual?
In their latest email, they not only tell me that they will not give me a link but also confirm that I will be kept out of any updates that will require verification. The crazy thing is that while I was taking the face picture it crashed, from that moment the expired session warning blocked everything. I have a corporate account with multiple licenses, I am an early adopter and never expected this. Now I can’t integrate bees, this verification system has corrupted my profile, it is resounding and terribly frustrating…
1 month later i got a response. They were asking me to create a recorded video of what happened. I just don’t understand what is there to record? My request is as straight forward as it can get. My lucense was expired and now i need a new persona link to use my passport instead. I mean i sent them a screen shot that states session expired. Why do you need a video? What is the point? I never said the system failed or had issues. On the contrary, the system worked as it should. It’s absurd!
