Hello, I received the 1-month free ChatGPT Plus offer on my account. I’m in India and trying to subscribe using UPI on chatgpt on browser . When I click Subscribe, it immediately says “Payment not approved” before any UPI QR code is displayed. There is no error code. Could you please check whether there’s an issue with my account or the payment authorization?

I was preparing to capture a HAR file and reproduce the issue. Interestingly, while recording the HAR file, the subscription process worked successfully and I was able to redeem the 1-month ChatGPT Plus offer.
It seems the issue may have been temporary or resolved on its own, so I don’t need to open a support ticket at this time.
