Paid for credits but they aren't being added. Also no choice for amount

Is there any reason why on the codex api credits won’t add, I bought 1000 but they won’t load into my account. I also have another charge I dont understand. one $78nzd after tax which is the one i chose for 1000 credits and the other one $39nzd but no reason as to why. (my subscription renews on the 26th so it’s not for that. I reached out to support but nothing and I have a deadline to reach. Anyone have any ideas what to do?

Also wouldn’t it be better to have a custom amount of top up credits instead of having to add 1000 at a time. I can never get the auto topup to actucally top up my account.
This is very frustrating.

This is where ChatGPT credits for codex should appear:

Remarkably, there is no centralized “ChatGPT credits” or “credit purchases” for either Codex or for Sora 2. You have to find the individual application page.

I note that there is not even a zero balance showing as dollar figures or a place to buy credits on my own ChatGPT account that is without subscription. There is only the percentage remaining. Thus, without a Plus or Pro subscription, I cannot report what your screenshot might look like to also relay to you your purchased credit amount in that UI, or if it is malfunctioning for all.

There was just a temporary free codex offer for free ChatGPT users, so this might be expected that you cannot pay into a system to purchase credits where you’d then later have Codex completely turned off on you.

These will not be API credits usable by an organization or seen in the platform site. ChatGPT credits (including DALL-E credits) are separate, only in conjunction with ChatGPT, so ensure you are expecting them in the right place.

There is little forum members can do except report their own situation. help.openai.com and its help bot is where you have to report, “where’s my dang money!?”
