I have the same issue, my plus ends at April 9, 2023, but now I cannot use the plus version, this seems happen recent two days.
This appeared at the top when I logged in to ChatGPT today, I think they’re taking some steps to address the issues. At least, I hope so.
I don’t think it will show the extension until the next cycle for my additional payment. I read the term and agreements and I think a refund is like 60days if I’m not mistaken. But I need 4 for my resume writing

I have the exact same! Subscription payment didn’t go through at first, then manually paid on the website. It’s been almost a week ever since and I still have Free version. Crazy…

Hey folks just want to update after 2 days waiting finally I received my plus version. I think the tech team is currently working hard on it. Hope you guys will receive the plus asap and this problem won’t happen again in the future.
