Paid for ChatGPT Plus but still getting free version

Same here. They don’t look like They care at all, charged 50$ for thin air 4 days ago. Thieves. Can’t wait to leave microsh1t’s products once other AI will be as good as gpt-4

You know its a side eye , when your intelligent AI cant even handle customer support , and im actualling looking into incoorparating ur API to do that exact same task its failing

Payment went thru on the 29th of March.
Sent 2 messages thru the help.openai.com chat bot on the 30th of March.
Sent an email to support@openai.com on the 31st of March.
Been waiting ever since. No response or reaction from OpenAI.
As of posting, my account has not been upgraded still.

I have the same issue. No answer by support yet since 2 days.
I can chat but account says i’m on trial.
No support for this kind of issue is not a good look i think.

Just tried and now on PLUS plan. They are slowly fixing the issue today.

I’ve faced the same issue. After my credit card failed to pay for plus subscription, I lost the plus access. Then I tried to pay again but still no access. I paid for one more time without solving the problem. Now I paid $40 without receiving the service. I’ve emailed the openAI refund team and also filled out the chatGPT-4 waitlist. I still couldn’t access to chatGPT Plus. My account is gary.gao@gmail.com. Please help me here. Thanks!

Be patient everyone, I just got mines back. They’re slowly fixing them. Just keep in mind they’re millions of users, you’ll get access soon
