Paid for ChatGPT Plus but still getting free version

This is the funniest thing ever. The most advanced technology company can’t even reply us what happened to our problem. We are the people who loyal to their company and support them. I believe that we are the first batch to support them like this.

Is anyone from openai, or the entity managing the billing, even aware of this problem ? It seems that there is no way to reach out to a human being whatsoever.

Can anyone suggest one thing.
If i create a new chatgpt account with new mail and purchase it then is it accessible to gpt4 if any one do it or get it then please suggest me.

Same. Very strange that this kind of practice is possible in 2023. Especially considering Microsoft has their name associated with it now.

When google launches their AI tool, OpenAI will feel the consequences of this absolute lack of care for its customers. It will be a beautiful day.

Same issue, they are not even responding to emails or through their so called service BOT, I dropped them like 10 messages, but still no luck

I got the same problem as the above, only that I have subscribed since last month, and been using ChatGPT Plus since then, until a few days ago after getting an email from OpenAI saying that there was some system error displaying my billing information to someone else so I replaced my credit card.

Funny thing is that I ask ChatGPT what its official website was, and it told me it’s ChatGPT.com, which turns out to be a fake site by a company named ChatAI. (Their support team guy tried very hard to explain to me that they are ChatAI, not OpenAI.)

Same issue.I have an important project that I need ChatGPT 4 for…3,5 wont do.

Paid twise…

It would be nice if they rolled out the plus feature once they are ready to manage paying customers and payment systems. When I cancelled the autorenew, they asked how pissed off I woudd be if I coudnt use Chatgpt4 again. Is this a social experiment? :smiley:

Yup, paid for my second month (after a delay with payment) but still says i’m on free account. Tried to contact support but no response for last 7 days. I need the PLUS again so let me know guys if I should pay again, coz some people are saying they regained access after another payment and that at some point OpenAi will issue refunds, anyone can confirm?

@Stigu_b ChatGPT4 has existed for a very short time now, and you already rely on it for your work. Are you perhaps from the future? :slight_smile:

Yep, thats exactly the same issue I’ve been having, my monthly payment failed (I just forgot to transfer the money into my debit card account) so I subscribed to ChatGPT plus again, and the payment went through, but ChatGPT plus still has not activated. I payed a second time just to be safe and it still isn’t working and it’s been a day since I subscribed again.

So now I need it to be activated and to get a refund for my second purchase but the Open AI help chat messenger is not responding to me either, it said that Open AI would contact me on my email in the next 3 hours, but its been 8 hours and I haven’t had a response from Open AI on either my email or the help chat.

Is there any way to contact OpenAI billing directly to get this solved? maybe Plus Subscribers should have a priority help line considering we pay so much, I don’t know, just an idea.
