Original bug thread locked after support promised follow-up, but case was closed

I am not reposting my original writing-block bug report or trying to create a duplicate technical investigation.

My original topic, “Writing Block Errors ‘Internal Server Error,’” was closed after an OpenAI Support representative/moderator said they would review the case and continue the matter through that case.
Avinash.api is who responded.

That follow-up did not happen. The support case was later closed, my replies received no meaningful response, and a replacement case was also closed as a duplicate. Then the community topic here was locked, I was left with no active thread and no active support case.

I am asking for clarification about the forum and support handoff:

Was the case actually reviewed after the moderator/support agent said it would be?

Can the original topic be reopened, or can someone restore an active escalation path?

How should a user proceed when a community thread is locked specifically because support is taking over, but the associated support case is then closed without resolving the issue?

I am a ChatGPT Pro subscriber, and the account-specific writing-block failure remains unresolved. I am not requesting generic troubleshooting or reposting the full technical report. I am asking for help correcting a failed support handoff that has left me without any active means of following up.

Thanks for explaining the situation clearly, @sasqwatch53. I checked the case and can confirm that our team is actively working on it.

The other post was closed to avoid creating multiple threads and to keep the support process streamlined in one place. We cannot share a timeline, but the case is now under review.

I’m closing this topic, and any further updates will be sent through the support case by email. Thank you for your patience.
