Openai support does not answer | billing problems

Hello community.

I don’t know if I’m the only one, but I’m having problems with a billing issue in my Openai account, I opened support tickets and no one answers me.

I’ve been waiting for more than 2 weeks and I have no news.

Does anyone feel the same ?

How can I get a human to answer me once and for all? I’m desperate.

Hi! Unfortunately it can take a bit of time to get a response due to the sheer volume of support requests and the limited support staff available. But you should get a response eventually. I once had a support request last year and I think it took around 2 months for a response.

It’s been a month now, and nothing.

I still have no answer! It’s crazy that it takes so long…

I have an issue that I cannot list my assistants nor via API nor via assistants webpage (status code 500). An error that started in march and still persists.
4 months without solution. Some of my tickets were seen 12 weeks ago without an answer.

I represent a company called a S.R.L in Romania.

I bought the chatGBT Teams subscription for a year. 600 dollars. Stripe was involved in the payment. I followed the steps on the openAI website. Nothing funny. The money went off my account immediately.

I have contacted both Stripe and my bank, ING, to mark openAI as a fraudulent organization.

openAI had taken my money very fast, but have not delivered any services to me, nor supplied me with any invoice that I can give my accountant.

If I do not get any response from openAI within 15 working days, I will make a formal charge for fraud at the Romanian authorities against openAI as it is law in Romania for a company to deliver the service and issue you with a “Bon Fiscal” once you paid.

The openAI chat bot gives you fictional steps, and support@openai.com and billing@openai.com gives you no reply other than automated e-mails. The openAI Help Centre is a joke. Smokes and mirrors.

This morning, my access worked, with a gmail account that I did not sign up for. No e-mails were sent to my gmail account. Maybe I was confused or dumb…

So at least openAI is not a fraudulent organization.

Still does not take away from the fact that this multi billion dollar company offers zero support and also that the support bots and pages they built are wrong as of 25-Sept-2024.

maybe having the title in all caps is not a good idea? the support team always replies, like other said, it just takes a while
