Like three days ago i was trying for the first time to purchase some balance for the API usage, the problem occurred when i was thought the billing process, with a error telling me insufficient funds, after that i check out and saw that i had sufficient funds
At the end they billed the API usage service amount but the balance is in 0.00, i contacted to them thought ‘‘support’’ email but it´s just a AI generated text talking about that they are ‘‘solving the problem’’ but it has been some time and no updates.
I just wanted to contact to human support and not this, because i’m feeling that my problem isn´t being solved at all, this is my first time dealing with this. I would like to know some advices, just in case.
Yes, it’s correct, basically i lose the money and i didn’t the balance that is suppose to receive

it seems openai is having some issues on the billing side of thigns, maybe be patient and see if it gets back to normal in a bit

In addition, the support is under heavy load, and the only thing we can do is wait. If its any comfort, I’ve been there, but they do eventually get back to you.
Try again, there was an issue that was apparently just fixed.
