OpenAI cancelled my subscription when 15 days are left for it to expire

I had being paying for Gpt plus for over 6 months and recently decided to stop my subscription (because other model were performing quite well and i felt like gpt 3.5 was enough for me). I reached out to the help chat and told the guy my problem and that i wanted a refund. The openai representative told me that they no more process refunds (when i first subscribed, they used to process refunds if you did not love GPT 4). I had no problem with this as their terms had changed and i had not noticed it. Then i asked him to cancel my subscription and he did it. In the reply he said “you will no longer have access to the subscription features after the current billing period ends”. But as soon as i received this message I lost access to all my paid features (GPT-4, Custom GPT’s). Around 15 days are still left for my plan to expire. I tried reaching out through the same chat but the person stopped responding.
Has this happened to anyone else? And what should I do from here on? Forget about it and move on or is there any other way of contacting OpenAI?
