I just realised that my subsciption was canceled, no explanation, no warning, nothing. I also need some old invoice from the system whitch are not available anymore. Can anybody help me? And of course no support available in that topic.

While the community can’t fix billing issues directly, here are a few things that might help:
Check your payment method – Sometimes failed payments (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.) can cause automatic cancellations. You can review your billing status here: https://platform.openai.com/account/billing.
Retrieve old invoices – If they aren’t showing up in your account, you may still have them in your email from when payments were originally processed. Otherwise, OpenAI support should be able to provide them.
Contact OpenAI Support – I know you mentioned difficulty with support, but you can submit a request directly here: (https://help.openai.com/). If you don’t get a response right away, following up after a couple of days might help.
It’d definitely be useful if OpenAI improved its cancellation notifications and invoice history—this seems like an area where billing UX could be refined. Hope you’re able to get this sorted soon!
