I have an older API key that I’ve been using, and want to retire. The problem is that I cannot see it via the UI. I contacted OpenAI’s support bot probably 4 business days ago, and all it says is that my support ticket has been created and is in the queue.
Now whenever I type something, it shows like it’s thinking/typing, but I don’t receive any response.
Absolutely horrendous support.
Can anyone tell me how to get my problem solved?
