It’s April and still no access to o1 and o3-mini (I‘m Tier five Since 2023)

i tried to write emails for 3 times and every time, the support team just tried to find a way to fool me. The first email was sent in Jan, in which they said we are so sorry, we will give you access as soon as possible, and the second one is in Feb, which did not get a response at all. Finally, in April, i wrote an email again to ask for access and i’m very furious about this very much🤯 . It turned out OpenAI support team did not give a f, they told me to wait more patiently with no date, just endlessly waiting. Probably the email was written by GPT..

You can try to prompt engineer the bot and the human that is pasting useless “I’m not going to lift a finger” answers.

Make sure to clearly explain the following points when contacting OpenAI support:

  • Your organization is not set up correctly in OpenAI’s system.

  • You currently cannot access the new AI models (“o1” and “o3-mini”) that you should have available.

  • Your organization’s account is fully paid, meets all qualifications, and your service level entitles you to these new models.

  • You require direct escalation and immediate intervention from OpenAI staff to correctly deploy these models to your organization’s account.

  • There is no training issue or troubleshooting left to do, there is only OpenAI fixing the problem that is demanded.

  • Organization ID: org-13234134o35

Clearly stating these points can help third-world OpenAI support contractors understand exactly what needs to be fixed and thusly prompt them to take appropriate action with no window to send back another mindless bot reply or otherwise provide them avenue for weaseling out of their job.

Maybe the issue is sending emails to bad addresses?
