Hi, I’ve been having the same problem since November 8th. Yesterday, I was only able to create a single GPT, and in the left sidebar, my GPTs don’t appear. In the “My GPTs” section, only the GPT I created yesterday appears, but for the others, it’s written “Untitled” (see the image). Since November 8th, four of my GPTs have been automatically deleted. Support told me to clear cache, change browsers, and other things… but it hasn’t changed anything. And I am still waiting for a response from support for several days.
It certainly isn’t a bad idea. I think OpenAI is (rightfully so) prioritizing other products besides custom GPTs and their GPT builder. Many let you embed GPTs on websites a well.
I also have the same problem. It’s been about a week now. But @brent5 tells me that: “The rest can be accessed directly from the dialogue box. Start typing the ‘@’ and your list of pinned GPTs will come up.”
2024-11-15 the error "Oops an error occurred” is still there.
Very short before, GPT opens on the right side something like a sidebar with nothing inside, and then it crashes. Happen in a MyGPT.
This is how it locks like before it crashes. It opens a sidebar right with a X and the you see the “Oops” message a 0.5sec later.
I try to reload the page after the first crash.
It is a MyGPT.
I notice that the text at the bottom is different, normally there is this text, in case…: ChatGPT kann Fehler machen. Überprüfe wichtige Informationen.
Same here. Not the Oops message, but the longer one: Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.
I still cannot create customGPT’s. This issue is not solved, despite of the random suggestion above (which I tried anyway).
I am getting this same message and have been for several weeks. Was checking to see if this got resolved as comments stopped about 2 weeks ago…but its not been resolved and that openai help center is crap, it doesn’t let you contact support just provides you with articles - all of which don’t seem to provide a fix for the problem
