No invoice received and no GPT-4 API

Hi,
My total API usage for July is $9.6, but i haven’t received any inovice, nor the GPT-4 API availability. Is there anything I could do to reduce the waiting time?

It can take several days after the end of the month before you receive the invoice in your mail. Last month, I received mine around July 16.
