No customer support or correspondence

Ok, so the reason I decided to subscribe to ChatGPT Plus, was due to the one feature that stood out above the rest of the AI out there. The ability to upload and analyze audio files. I have been in the process of setting up a secondary studio, and comparing recording takes in each. However going on 2 weeks ago, when trying to upload a file to analyze, Apparently a backend script is broken. When I decided I’d try uploading screenshots of graphs and charts related to the sound, I hit the dreaded "You quoata exceeded). Mind you, I’ve never found any such information on exactly what this quota. How and when it’s reset, etc. So I’v esent multiple messages as well as support chats, wiht no response. To circumvent the quota, I was advised I could link to the vila Vila google Drive of Dropbox, neither of which are functional at this time. with their support, and still was not given any info on what this quota is. So long story short..

  1. I subscribe to plus in order to take advantage of the advanced analytics of audio uploads-Plugin to do this broken-no ETA on fix
  2. Had a workaround of uploading graphs and charts from my audio editor, found that due to some undisclosed quota, I"m blocked for any uploads. (Going on 2 weeks now)
  3. Advised Sharing the files via Google Drive, which would bypass the quota, However, this is also broken
  4. Cancelled my subscription and found that upon re activating, the Quota would be reset-This has not happened despite a new billing cycle date-Still cannot upload.
  5. 3-4 emails and 3-4 support chats sent-No response other than what appear to have been an automated response giving troubleshooting steps to try (which are irrelevant due to this being a backend issue.
    Needless to say, I’m beyond frustrated. Again, this audio analysis feature is the single feature that stands out when compared to other AI Tools, and it’s broken, and the Workarounds are broken, and my ability to upload is blocked even when the plugin is fixed. I could see if this were a free service, being run by teenagers in their parent’s basement…In that case, you can’t really complain…However, I purchased a subscription, and I"m not being provided the single tools I subscribed to use…and I"m getting no response to my emails/chats regarding this issue.

Is anyone else finding their issues are falling on deaf ears? Anyone else finding they get no responses to support requests…Or is it just me?
