No access to upgrade chat gpt plus

I am reaching out regarding an issue I recently encountered while trying to upgrade my account to ChatGPT Plus. I was charged €20, but my account has not been upgraded accordingly.

Despite my efforts to contact your support team via email and chat, I have not received any response. As a customer, I am very disappointed by the lack of communication and assistance in resolving this matter.

I kindly ask that you look into this issue as soon as possible and provide a resolution. I have already paid for the service and expect access to the features included in the ChatGPT Plus subscription.

I was taken from behind by openai, tried to add a new card to pay for ChatGPT Plus, but it kept saying the verification code wasn’t being sent. I tried again on my laptop and got the same issue. Despite that, I’ve now been debited thrice for Chatgpt plus, plus the small “.TEMPORARY” charges that seem pretty permanent to me, but I still don’t have access to Plus. So disappointed, you guys can make an app that will read me the bible in my fake fantasy language but can’t afford to man someone at a phone for support.
