I'm being billed for a GPT4+ subscription and cannot access the product

Several days ago, I lost access to ChatGPT 4+ premium content. I’m logged into ChatGPT but cannot access the premium content. I lost it all of a sudden at work one day but it continued to work at home so I thought it was something to do with or work firewalls or something. This past weekend I lost access altogether at home as well. I have attempted several times to contact a human being at openai for support but no one is responding. I understand that tech people are busy but this is customer service and that needs to be improved. The product is awesome but rendered completely useless if I cannot access the product. I just had another payment taken out from openai and I’m not getting to use the product. I need a resolution ASAP since I’m paying for nothing at this point. Please Help!!!
