ChatGPT Plus Paid, But Still Stuck on Free Plan – No GPT-4 Access

I recently subscribed to ChatGPT Plus, and my payment was successfully processed. However, I am still seeing the “Upgrade to Plus” option, and I cannot access GPT-4.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

:white_check_mark: Verified I’m using the correct account
:white_check_mark: Tried different browsers and devices
:white_check_mark: Used incognito mode
:white_check_mark: Cleared cache and cookies
:white_check_mark: Turned off VPN and tried different networks
:white_check_mark: Waited for several hours

Despite all these steps, I still do not have access to GPT-4. I also contacted OpenAI Support, but I haven’t received a response yet.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, how did you fix it?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

It has been 18 hours, and I still have not received a response from OpenAI support.
I am a paying customer and still cannot access GPT-4. Has anyone found a solution?

Paid it, the payment is not in reservation but already done.
Did al those things that you’ve listed above, but still nog GPT-4 access…

No. I do not work for openai. Yes, i do have bigger openai problems.

Maybe you won’t have to.

Are you using your same chatgpts between plans or opening new ones?

May not matter. Are you using the app, a browser. Both? Are you beta by any chance?

If you click the upper right 3 dots you may find the list of models.

Ultimately I would suggest signing in on the browser. Do not let them talk you into clearing your browser data.

I’m experiencing the same issue. The chat window prompts me to upgrade, but when I go through the upgrade process, it takes me to a screen showing a paid invoice, indicating that I already have a subscription.

I can also confirm that I was billed. If this issue isn’t resolved promptly, I’ll have no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank.

Judging by the way the site behaves, I’m guessing chatGPT wrote the code.
