My tier does not upgrade. Why?

As you can see, I spent $110.00 on API 2024.

But the tier is still 1.

Why?

My experience:

Although it says “you’ll automatically move to the next tier”, it does not move without adding a some amount of credit. When you add for example $6, it triggers the recalculation, and it moves next tier in a few hours or in 24/48 hours.
