Account Stuck in usage Tier 1

Hi y’all, this seems to be an issue that comes up in this forum every few months and that does not seem to be fully resolved yet: Although my account qualifies for a higher usage tier than Tier 1, it will not automatically upgrade to the higher tier thus hindering us in our research.

I tried reaching support two times but did not get any awnser yet. Can anyone from the team might look into this?

It happened on my end also. But when I credited $5 dollars, it recalculated and a few hours later it switched to upper tier. Probably it does not upgrade automatically. To force recalculation, we need to buy at least $5 credit.
