My GPT "Meeting Assistant" Disappeared from Explore GPTs - Any Ideas?

Hi everyone,

I’m a bit puzzled and hoping someone might be able to offer some insight. I built a custom GPT called “Meeting Assistant” that helps people connect to online meetings and automatically capture transcriptions. It’s been live and available on the Explore page for a while, and I’ve got some people starting using it.

However, I noticed recently that it’s no longer showing up in the Explore GPTs list. I haven’t received any notifications or warnings about a potential issue, so I’m not sure what might have happened. The GPT itself is still working perfectly fine – people can still access it by a direct link.

I’m really keen to understand why it might have been removed from Explore GPTs. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Any suggestions on how I can troubleshoot this or get in touch with OpenAI support to understand what happened and potentially get it reinstated?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello,

Assuming you are working at chatgpt.com, here is what I did to re-create possible issue and find a solution.

You can hide GPTs by clicking the three little dots if you dont need it anymore for quick access.

Click on “Explore GPTs”

Click “My GPTs,” on the top right and your models should appear on the following screen.

If you were able to find your model and open it, you can then click the drop down on the top left and click “About.”

Lastly, click the three little dots and pin it. “Keep in sidebar.”

Additionally, if you can access using “direct link,” you should be able to do the last two steps I showed.

Hope this helps!

Jorge.
