My custom GPT isn’t appearing in the search bar. It’s listed as Public (or everyone), and after appealing to make it public again—a request that was approved—it still fails to appear in searches.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Does anyone have suggestions for resolving it?
The status of publishing is not shown in the only GUI utility, “about”.
The gizmo json includes all fields of note being the same as another GPT featured in the store under “lifestyle”, such as:
share_recipient “marketplace”
sharing_targets null
categories [ “lifestyle” ]
tags [ “public”, “reportable” ]
has website, receives support emails.
If it is showing as published for “everyone” under your domain, I would just duplicate this November GPT for a searchable version, unless you want to wait in the hopes that a message to help.openai.com could ever get to the tier needed to resolve database issues or whatever else is preventing search appearance.
