Explore GPTs no longer shows our custom GPT when searching the store

Hello,

Our custom GPT suddenly disappeared from searches in the GPT store. If you type the exact name it shows, however if you type just the category, it does not, and used to show in the top 10-15 results. It is published and visible to public. Has anyone experienced this and can shed a light on it?

Hello,

I haven’t experienced the issue you’re having, but I wonder if you’ve tried searching from a different device or browser to see if browser caching or cookies might be affecting GPT Store search visibility. Clearing cookies or using an incognito window could help rule that out.
