I got this from help center bot:
If your account access has been deactivated, it’s likely due to a violation of our content policy or terms of use.
If you believe this happened in error, please reach out to support@openai.com with the subject line: “Deactivated User Appeal”, and include a justification for why your account should be reactivated.
Just sent the mail several hours ago without receiving any reply yet. You can try your luck.

Also note that this forum is accessible for the public without looging in! So for the sake of your privacy and to avoid spam and your E-Mail-Adresses floating around in the Web, edit the E-Mail-Adress out of your Post! If by chance someone from openAI would look into this they could figure that out from your account-name.

I have a similar case, except that I was trying to create an account, it told me that my account was flagged for potential abuse, even though I have done nothing. Note that I never had an account for ChatGPT before.
