My account is charged 5000$ 3 times without any confirmation from me or my bank account.
I have raised the question to the support and still waiting.
It was stated that it is for open ai credit balance. but this is too much.
Any other people experiencing this issues?
Unfortunately, we can’t assist you in this matter within this Forum as it is not actively monitored by OpenAI staff. You’ve taken the right step by reaching out to support. It may take a few days for them to get back to you on the matter.
Hold tight. If the issue was caused by OpenAI, then there will be a solution to this, I have no doubt.
