Yesterday I got 2 charges from openai api of total 500$. I even did not got any balance/tokens etc, and can’t access organization where this balance got on from my account . I have not used api in months. Support does not read my message, but answer time is crucial for me as the money charged is basically everything I got till the end of the month
This sounds like your account might have gotten hacked
Unfortunately, we are not positioned to help you to resolve this in the Forum. So your best action is indeed to reach out to OpenAI support and report this as Fraud or unrecognized charges under the Payments and billing category in the support chat.

You may have an exposed API key. I lost 25 million tokens when I brought my API online. Be careful and roll the keys / disable your integration until you can check. I reached out to support, but I have not gotten a reply offhand. It wasn’t as bad as this, but it could have been. This is significantly not good.
