I don’t understand why this problem has suddenly appeared.

I deleted my account by mistake .I’m GPT Plus user. I need to recover Back my account .Getting messages as You do not have an account because it has been deleted or deactivated… please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com 2.” I didn’t find any helpful information in the help center. Meanwhile when i Try to recreate the account it says the account exists. Need help desperately . The auto help system is not helpful in any way .
I saw “account has been deleted or deactivated” in Jan and submitted the form on HelpCenter as required. I am a Plus user for 8 months and I am confident that I have not violated any regulations. However, I received the reason three days later: associated with suspicious payment activity. Oh, I paid using the Apple Store where does it look suspicious? If there are any payment issues you can cancel it, but why delete my account? I provided the billing information to prove its legality, but the Help Center did not provide me with any information. Today is March 6th and it still has not replied to me.
