Has anymore been faced with the issue that after setting up a Team Workspace account, the single Owner user is unable to login anymore, as after submitting email and password to login, OpenAI sends a verification code via email, but this email is never received?
All the users in the workspace are able to login without any issue or verification required. This issue only affects the owner.

Sorry that I posted this here, I was desperate to get back into my Team Account as I needed to perform important tasks.
In the end, it was resolved when OpenAI Support emailed me, after I submitted my inquiry using the Chat Bot in the bottom right corner of the OpenAI website.
Solution: I was only able to resolve the issue by whitelisting noreply@tm.openai.com on our Exchange Server level. I additionally added a rule to allow all incoming emails from OpenAI to be immediately delivered. Once that was set, the email with the verification codes began to come through.
Once I was back in my team account, I setup 2FA in Google Authenticator, which overwrites the verification code via email.
