Hi, Mistakenly I’ve deleted my work account, the IT team has added an alias so am able to register with ChatGPT as instructed in the help page.
I’m able to receive emails from all account expect OpenAI.
Already tried:
- checking junk/ spam
- check the email was correct
- resend the verification email
- resend organization invitation
- cleared cache and data from chrome and edge
talked to support their bot is keep sending me the page where it say to use alias!
If anyone could advise my on what to do.
