I know this has been a known issue previously however wanted to check with the community…anyone having any issues not receiving the auth code via email from OpenAI?
Mine is a direct email login (not attached to apple, google sso etc.). This is the second time it’s happened today and was able to log back in without auth code requirement after restarting my browser however just had to delete cookies and now back to square one.
Have checked my email routing and can confirm no email has been received nor forwarded by OpenAI servers…so not quite sure what the go is…and needless to say frustrating not to be able to access budget, usage, projects etc.
Posting this on a newly created account…because obviously cannot log in to OpenAI.
Specifically talking about API account access, not OpenAI Chat GPT.
