There has been lack of support response from the OpenAI team, I am KOL of a community where Startup founders share ideas and development together. Majority of founders got accepted into Microsoft Startup Hub, Redeemed their OpenAI credit for over 30 days. No credit has been given, the team care less about feedback. It is totally worrisome.

Frankly, I’m not surprised. Everyone who uses the service is a beta tester, arguably an alpha tester.
I never trust a service which insists on using an actual mobile number for OTP registration codes and you can’t change your email address once you have your account set-up. Then of course, the high price of the subscription.
