No credits after recharge and horrible support

I received an email that my account was now prepaid, which is a slight considering it was already tier5, but so far so good, it depends on the company’s strategy.
Then I received an email that if I recharged 100 dollars I would get 100 dollars in credit, I recharged on the 24th and didn’t get any credit, when I tried to contact support the response was nothing and the chat ended. , in other words, it’s rubbish, it doesn’t have an email, a decent communication channel.

Regarding our APIs, all new users that haven’t previously signed up with another account receive $5 worth of tokens to explore and experiment with the API. Unfortunately, the credits are only valid for three months from the date of registration and we cannot extend the validity. If you’d like to continue using the API after the free trial credits have expired or been consumed, please add your credit card and billing details to your account to upgrade your payment plan. If you’re missing API credits from another program, we’ll need a few more details: the name of the program, a copy of the confirmation email, and the Organization ID associated with your requested credit. I had this happen as well and the same chat response. They’re not even using AI to help respond – just canned responses.

Mine was for $25 if $25 added before April 2nd. The email said it can take up to an hour for credits to be reflected in the account. That was 10 hours ago and still nothing.
