We have a Team Workspace for our company. We invited all of our team members. About half of them were able to access the workspace, however, the other half cannot and they keep getting an error.
We have tried clearing cache and cookies, revoking and then resending invites, nothing seems to be working. How do we overcome this error? We have reached out to the Help Center daily without any real solution. We are paying for something that half of our team cannot use currently.
Has anyone been able to fix this issue?
