Hello everyone,
I recently launched a website where I list custom GPTs I’ve created, with direct links to each one to provide easy access for my users. However, I’ve encountered an issue: when users click on these links from their computers
(the mobile are fine), they’re redirected to ChatGPT website directly on the page of the selected custom GPT, but as soon as they try to start a conversation, an error message appears:
“Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help-openai-com.”
Oddly enough, when I access these GPTs through the ChatGPT store itself, they work perfectly without issues.
Has anyone else experienced this?
I’m wondering if there have been any recent changes to OpenAI’s settings or a logic update that might restrict access to custom GPTs when opened from external sources (such as links from my website) rather than directly from the GPT store. This issue is affecting my user experience significantly, as it disrupts access to my custom GPTs.
Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated!
