Is there a public feed or API for the Plugin Directory?

Hi all,

I maintain a public catalog of Chrome Web Store extensions with change history (extops.dev) and I’m adding AI tool plugins. For Claude and Cursor the marketplaces publish a sitemap, so a listing can be looked up and tracked over time.

For the ChatGPT / Codex Plugin Directory I couldn’t find anything similar. chatgpt.com/plugins needs a signed-in browser, and the Apps SDK docs don’t mention a listing API. The only thing readable from outside is the openai/plugins repo on GitHub, which is the curated set, not the full directory.

Is there an official way to get the list of published plugins (name, developer, category, link)? Or is that planned? I don’t need usage numbers, just the public listing facts.
